The Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission has announced the construction of the 1x1240MW cogeneration coal-fired unit project for the second phase of the Zhanjiang Jingxin Donghai Power Plant. The project will build one 1240MW domestically produced ultra supercritical cogeneration coal-fired unit and simultaneously construct flue gas desulfurization and denitrification facilities.
