KingSun Group also fully owns Nanhai Jingneng 2 × 330MW "cogeneration" coal-fired power generation units within Foshan City. The power plant is located in the power load center of the Pearl River Delta and is a backbone unit of Guangdong Power Grid Company. It can generate high load power every year. Nanhai Jingneng Power Plant and Nanhai Power Plant 1 are both the main power generation units in Foshan City. In addition to supplying power to the Foshan area, it is also responsible for centralized steam and heating supply to surrounding enterprises, replacing self owned small boiler units that cause serious pollution. In particular, it has taken the lead in carrying out ultra clean technology transformation in Guangdong Province, which has reached the national standard of LNG unit emission standards and received high praise from the government, effectively purifying the surrounding environment.
The fully owned Zhanjiang KingSun Donghai 2X660MW ultra supercritical cogeneration unit and Jieyang KingSun 2X660MW ultra supercritical cogeneration unit are both the largest single unit capacity cogeneration units in China, providing gas, heating, and cooling to the Zhanjiang Zhongke Refining and Chemical Project and its upstream and downstream industries, which has the largest investment scale in Guangdong Province.
